Help a newbie buy a flashlight

I'm new to high-end flashlights, but I'm looking into purchasing one.

First off I would like to introduce myself. I am 15, outdoorsy, antisocial:tinfoil:, computerwiz, techphile, audiophile, and that's about it- Oh and I am from Sweden!

Just about every day I'm outside kayaking or fishing or whatnot- I like anything like camping or anything else where I get to use skills and cool toys. The water is brackish and a murky dark green here when it isn't frozen. I need something strong that can penetrate the water, preferably also waterproof (spx-8?). Uses will include:

• Scuba Diving? :shrug:
• Fishing
• Kayaking at night (yes I did read that other thread)
• Camping on islands with kayak (long throw with only some flood helps)
• Paintball at night(Gun mount option)
• Spotting animals that eat my pets at night (badgers, owls, hawks, foxes, wolves, cats etc)

Now to my requirements!

1. Waterproof
2. High lux for usage as a spotlight
3. Rechargeable Battery
4. Operational under sub 0°C

I would really appreciate some help on the matter, thanks!

(I could fill out the sticky if you rather want that, it's just a bit cold and boring and i'm not sure of what I want)
