I think I understand the LSD rechargeable versus whatever a non-LSD is called. If I go to Silverfoxs battery shootout, its easy to see that the Sanyo 2700 mAh will last the longest. But since it may not be a LSD type, it could lose voltage sitting in the closet over a several month period. But since my application is to operate a varmit caller that uses (8) AA rechargeables, I dont have an issue charging them up the night before.
I searched several places today to see if I could find any Eneloops but was unsuccessful. But at Walmart, I found an Energizer Recharge Smart charger with (4) AA 2300mAh Recharge batteries for $18 and another (4) pack of cells for $10. As I looked over all over the rechargeables, the Duracells and some of the Energizer offerings were made in China, but on the (8) batteries I picked out as Recharge, they said made in Japan.
Are these good enough to use for my application or should I return them an order a set of Eneloops 2000mAh or the Sanyo 2700mAh and included charger for nearly another $20 including shipping? Thanks.
