help me decide between a few lights

so ive been looking for a new edc that can run on AA/14500's. this is my criteria in order of importance

1. can run on both AA and 14500 fully regulated not losing any modes
2. durability (think hds/malkoff) must be highly water resistant. i am very hard on gear in general
3. built for throw or at least good throw
4. robust treads (square/trap)
5. would be nice if you could access low/moonlight from off
6. price, at this point i really dont care as long as it fits the bill

the contenders at this point are thrunite archer, quark pro, balder bd-1, shiningbeam spark. are these the best of the best for what im looking for or should i also be looking elsewhere?

well, i went with "buy both" i got the archer and quark on the way. hopefully i wont want to keep both :shrug:

i should have kept up on the mdc thread. i was under the impression that 14500's were incompatible. the upside is that i still want a low low, so i can wait for a new version of the mdc. on a side note when the heck are the armytek edc's going to be ready?
