They are both great lights. The EagleTac is a little brighter with a turbo mode (295 emitter lumen) and general mode (60 emitter lumen).
The Fenix has 4 brightness levels with strobe and SOS. The P3D also has a nice low mode which the EagleTac does not.
Do a search for these models and you find lots of information.
