help needed chosing right one

I have small problem of chosing right flashlight.So I decided to ask for your opinion 😀
Here is the problem... I need flood flashlignht now...power by 18650 cell.And I need thrower later on, but I dont want to give extra 20-30 $ for new flashlight.Is there any flashlight that I can easily transform from flood to throw with small investment in it.

and what would be the best thrower unde 30 $
