Help Reassembling my z57 clicky switch

I took apart my z57b again today in order to do the "resistance fix" and just as I was pulling it apart I began to sneeze uncontrollably. Guess what happened next.. yup the switch came completely apart in my hands /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I have all the pieces but I'm not sure how they all go back together! Anyone able to help me out here?
