Help with charging RCR123

Hi I have a Ultra Fire WF138 Charger and 4 Ultra Fire ICR 123A 880mAh 3.7V battery's. My torch is a Zebralight H31.

My problem is that the torch has run the battery's down until it turned off. I put the battery's in the charger and it only charges the battery for about 20 seconds. When I put the battery's back in the torch it won't turn on. I checked all the voltages in the battery's 2.0v, 4.1v, 0.01v, 4.0v.

Can any one let m know what's going on?

You need to reset the 0.01V battery

I will see if I have a power pack that can get that battery going. But what about the other battery's. Am I discharging or charging them wrong?

I got the 2 battery's to charge that were low by using a power pack attached to the battery. Now all battery's are around 4v. So I'm thinking it is the torch that is not working. I will buy a primary CR123 tomorrow to test the torch.
