Help with McLux Reflector

I have a new reflector for my McLux TK but I cant seem to remove the old one. Anyone know a "Trick" to getting the old one out?

reflector? It is a PR head? Why do you want to change?
There is a small rim sticking over the edge of the head where you might get a grip with a plier.

It is a TK. The reflector didnt want to come out but I got it. I am changing the reflector to a bead blasted one for strictly a flood beam.
