Help with Relay

Well I have tried almost everything. The DRL on my 1997 blazer are what is messing up my wiring. I went ahead and wired the fog light switch throug the low beam power at the headlight ii is the sealed beam 1 light per side. Trouble is the low beam part of the lamp gets enough volts from the DRL that the fogs will turn on withe the parking lights and off with the high beams. Where can I tap in to just the low beam feed.

You would need to disable the original DRL circuit and move the DRL function to another pair of lights, such as the turn signals. See here for example.

What if I tap the tan low beam wire at the hi/low beam switch in the steering column before the signal gets to the DRL module and relay?

I don't know why you want to tap into the low beam if your DRL's are on low beam.
Try this circuit with 2 relays and see if it works for you.
Fog lights can be activated with parking/low beam lamps and will be disabled on high beam.

Thanks. They work with the parking lights and low beams now, and go off when the high beams come on. I am not sure why some current for the DRL which are on the high beam filament is also on the low beam filament. It is roughly half the voltage. I forget what the meter read.

Seems like a lot more hassle than necessary to achieve the desired result, but if you're up for it, and the wire you have in mind is actually before the DRL tie-in, it ought to work.
