Top looks like the lamp for a photocopier/scanner or one of those up shineing halagon lamps that catch fire after too much dust settels on them. The next I would guess a projector. Below that looks like automotive turn signal or something. below that looks more like a mercury switch than a light, it looks like a mercury bubble in the end away from the three wires, i'm betting its a spdt switch. The last one bottom center I'm not sure, maybe another projector

It's hard to tell just by looking at the bulbs themselves.
The top one is probably a sodium vapor bulb - not sure if it's high pressure (HPS) or low pressure (LPS). It might also be a mercury vapor bulb, because sodium vapor bulbs usually have a translucent, whitish ceramic arc tube, instead of a transparent glass or quartz one. The ceramic end pieces indicate this tube probably gets pretty hot.
The one with the screw base could be either a low pressure mercury vapor or a high pressure sodium vapor. I'm inclined to guess it's a mercury vapor bulb, because it has a clear arc tube instead of a whitish ceramic one.
The slightly bluish one at the bottom with a wire coming out of each end is probably mercury vapor, but it could also be metal halide or even a xenon medium arc tube; without seeing the electrodes, it's hard to tell.
The one that looks like a small light bulb with a metal bayonet base is probably a 1156 tungsten filament bulb, used commonly in automobile taillight assemblies. The amber color could mean it's a front turn signal, or a result of the photograph itself.
And I don't know at all what that small bulb with the three wire leads is. It could be a rectifier tube (a type of vaccum tube) or it could be some kind of light bulb.
