Yesterday I received mine green laser and a tree our four times after I use she's stop from working. my laser is glp-l 5mw. I don't left to fall it and I don't change anything. i don't understand wha´'s happened. i send a mail to my salesman to explain the case but still not received reply. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I am asuming you tried new batteries? green laser pointers chew though batteries like they are going out of style.

You can check for InfraRed with an old camera LCD this will explain if the crystal is bad
- but don't look down the barrel.
