Ok I made up an excel spreadsheet for tracking my batteries. Here is a link to it (can't seem to attach to posts on the forum). I tend to go overboard and have automation and nice colours etc etc.

Here's a screenshot:

Its got some automated VB code that generates an overall status sheet based on your historical records when you click the "update" button - so all you need to do is add your historical records as they occur, and the status sheet is updated automatically. The status sheet tells you the latest situation for all your batts and gives a summary count of how many "uses" and full cycles each battery has been through, colour coded, and with automatic highlighting of batteries that haven't had anything happen in the last 60 days (you can change this threshold). I've got my data in it so you can see how it works. There's an "Info" sheet that tells you how to use it and a few of the bonus features (eg auto formatting etc).

Note that its made for *me* and the way I do things, not sure how you guys label & track your batteries so it may not be suitable. If you really like it except its not the way most people on here do things and you'd use it if I modified it, let me know what the consensus way of doing things is and I'll consider doing an updated version. Its not rocket science :) I'm not doing 200 different versions though, just a "candlepower" one if feasible!

Looking good. Thanks for doing this. The link is not working. Should be xls, not html.

How can the column titles found in row 1 be edited?

You can edit the column titles if you want, but just don't move columns around.
