I recently bought a second hand HID 70w military spotlight. You can see the model here:

When I first got the light, it went really well, and I have used it quite successfully as a hand light (very heavy). I mounted it on a roof mount in my shooting buggy and it refused to light. I removed it, and it still doesn't function properly. Sometimes it will light, stay on for a few seconds and then go off, or it gives a couple of flickers and then goes off.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be, and who would I get to fix it, if I can't fix it myself?
