high end led lights

Hello.. from newbie

first time post here I need help to run my multi cell flashlights 18650
safely.I have TFx8,fandyfire stlv6,TF sst 90.What battries do you recommend?
especially for the sst 90. i do know and heard about useing a multimeter to
check volts.and I was wondering in case of a power outage can you use cr123a
in the sst 90. as i do know i can use them in my other lights.Well thanks for any
help info....
