High power RAMs

It looks like BTI are trying to increase the power capability of RAM cells. If you ask me its about time, the current RAMs are appalling!

So, any information on when the 2nd generation HR RAM batteries will be available?

According to the first article it looks very promising that the new High Rate 2nd generation ones mentioned would be really attractive for flashlight applications.
