You may or may not be in danger depending from where the batteries came (the problem is they come from so many different sources when it comes to that brand). Get yourself some good batteries and forget about these is what my recommendation would be.I am new. Recently purchased a Cree/Ultrafire which did not come with battery. Then found on E-bay a charger with two Ultra Fire batteries. The battery is black. It states BRC 18650 4000mAh 3.7V li-ion. What brought me to this forum was a search for "18650." It brought me to a thread about counterfeit Ultra Fire batteries. I did not pay alot for the batteries and charger. Am I facing any dangers.
