Hi all,
So I've got an LED lit LCD monitor which I'm attempting to power.
I'm a little confused by the spec sheet which states a max input voltage of 42V, typical current of 18.5mA and max power consumption as 5.57W. There are two strings of LED lights, I would assume these specs are for both sets in parallel, correct?
What would an appropriate power supply to run these from a 110/230VAC source and also a second option for when I want to try for portability of 5VDC source. I figure since USB 3.0 can supply 5VDC at 0.9A that it should be able to power the backlight at roughly 80% duty.
Thank you all !
Edit: Sorry, the title should read "How to power..."
