GX32d-3 compact fluorescent to LED conversion

I'm trying to find a 28 watt equivalent LED to replace a compact fluorescent with a GX32d-3 base. Preferably a hybrid or ballast independent. It doesn't seem like GX32d LED replacements exist. Any suggestions?
