How do you keep it from rolling off?

I have an Olight S80 baton but it does not come with a pocket clip so it rolls off the table if I lay it down. If I attach something to the base it will not tail stand. What do you do to prevent rolling without attaching something that looks bad like a knotted piece of rope?

Maybe you can make a lanyard for the light? Something that fits between one of the fins.
