How long does it usually take to get items ordered from the Sandwich Shoppe? I ordered two Kroll switches from them on Dec. 3rd. I attempted to email them through their website but have gotten nothing in return. I also never got anything from them that confirmed the fact that I ordered anything. Is this how it is usually done?(No confimation, no response, and no items after three weeks)

thanks,

Have you tried checking your order status on the Sandwich Shoppe site.

* Go to this page.

* Enter you email address & password to log in.

* Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the page.

* Now click the "Order History" button.

Orders do seem to take a while to ship (I placed one on the 6th of this month which still shows as "processing")
but don't be too worried Dat2zip's sandwiches are simply amazing and well worth the wait /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It would have made since to that. I didn't realize I could do that.

It says I have not made any purchases. The money sure left my account though. So now what?

Try this email address: [email protected]

Alternatively you could try sending a PM to CPF member dat2zip (Wayne the owner & operator of the Sandwich Shoppe)

If you paid by Paypal, this statement recently posted by Wayne may be relevant:

There is a trick to make Paypal work with the Shoppe.

Normally, once you click and send money you are done. You can close the window, shut the PC down and sleep peacefully knowing your order is being processed.

The Shoppe uses osCommerce and requires you to hit the little continue link on the lower right on the final paypal screen which will send you back to the osCommerce site completing your transaction.

Details Why: (The boring stuff. Stop reading here)
===================================
For a web store to know the paypal transaction has completed it needs to come back. In this way the store knows the person paid and was successful. Not waiting for payment authentication ends up with in many cases orders without payment. This happended on the old site. Customers at the last second would decide to change their order cancel the paypal window, lose their internet connection or a myriad of other reasons never finished the Paypal screen to send the money.

Now the new site requires the user to return before the order is considered valid. We are now getting paypal transactions but no orders.

Work around:
===================================
If you are in this situation and you did not get an email copy of your order with an order number but you have a paypal transaction and you go back to the Shoppe and your shopping cart is still full.

Continue on and go through checkout. Please select money order and please put in the notes section that you have a separate paypal transaction (include transaction ID). Please also add any additional notes as needed so that we can link your paypal to the order.

I will try that first. Thanks for the help.

Ok, so I did the whole Money Order thing a week ago. No response and the order is still pending. Any other suggestions?
