I don't know how to interpret the dual product descriptions of "4xCR123A" combined with "2 sticks of 2CR123A" other than that you get 2 @ sticks comprised of two batteries per stick.

Image is not available, so there is no hint as to the intrinsic utility of the "stick".

IIRC, they put some kind of cushion between the cells to prevent crushing from recoil.
