How many sandwiches???

I was just curious if Wayne knew how many sandwiches he has made/sold to date so far. I know I can personally account for more than a half a dozen myself, and I'm sure there will be more later...

Anyone want to guess how many there have been so far?

I bet it's somewhere in the tens of thousands, or pretty close to that...

I'll give you an estimate range.

Somewhere between 0 and 10,000.

I've made many batches in my epoxy mold fixture. When I used to do a run, I used three molds with each mold holding 12 each. I think I would load 30 at a time. That's the correct number for the 3/4 oz of epoxy that I mix up. The pumps on the cans meter out this in one stroke. After I make my secret recipe and stir in all the ingrediants I can usually fill about 30 of them. That's also a good size in the 20 minute working time of the epoxy.

One phone call during this process can lead to some interesting results...

I then bake them in the oven on low (~140-160F) for another 20 minutes to get them to the semi-hard rubbery state. I do this so that I can clean off the top and any excess without too much trouble. Waiting overnight is not good as the epoxy sets up to a rock hard state by then.

I can't give any brownie points for the closest answer since I don't have an official total. It is somewhere in the range specified...
