How to charge 12volt lithium????

How much power can I charge this with and still be safe??

I have a 12volt converter from my large 12volt DC batterys, maybe it should do only 5volts??

I do have ac but it is not always on.

That is a 4S pack (14.8V) and you need a 4 cell Li-ion charger (CC/CV, 16.8V charge voltage). Safe charging current is probably under one amp, consult specs. There doesn't appear to be any external balance tap connector, so I guess the PCB in this pack balances.

If you have a 12v battery bank to power the charger from, I would use a hobby charger such as an entry level Turnigy, iCharger, IMAX, etc. which requires 12V input.
