Can anyone offer me a way to safely remove the clip? The bezel appears to be loctited on. I would rather not break it, cut, or leave it there.

Will a hairdryer work?

Thank you Marduke,

I did eventually get the clip off. Thanks for that thread.

Ended up, I had to soak it for about a minute in hot water, then I put on my wife's rubber kitchen cleaning gloves and with the help of the kitchen towl(so the clip didn't tear up my hand) it finally broke lose. A few small scuffs did occur on the black knurling, but it feels much better in my hand!

Thanks again....consider this thread finished.

Id rather have the clip option, and the good thing about locktite, is that if you break it, it stays broke.

If the loctite becomes loosened in hot water, does it also loosen when running the T1 on high mode for an extended time? Cos the T1 gets way hot after running of Turbo mode for like an hour.

Hot water is a lot cheaper and easier than wasting two cells for running the light on turbo.

Well it's nice to have an option to either buy the clipped one or the clipless. That way both camps can be happy. I prefer the clipless one (clip gets in my way and I'd never use it anyway, I'd just use the holster). I'd also rather have it locktited myself. Less chance of the head working loose from turning low and high mode after time.
