Hello everybody
I was recommended this site by cutlerylover of youtube fame. He says you're all a nice bunch and very knowledgeable. Therefore, I would like to dip into your collective well of knowledge.
First though, about me. I'm 22 (just turned today), live in midwest Canada, and just began my flashlight collection, it is an area I have much interest in. I work as a carny in the summertime, and my other interests include collecting weapons and knives.
Forgive me if my questions have been asked/answered previously, I did not know.
I'd specifically like to know some flashlight lingo (sidespill, bezel, etc) and what it means. If possible I'd enjoy learning how to "koppo-ize" a flashlight as well.
Thank you, I look forward to talking with you all

Hello Greasy Jack --

:welcome: This is a wonderful place to hang out. But be careful, you can wind up spending a lot of $$$ on this hobby (habit ?)

A "Bezel" is the head of the light which usually contains the Window (lens). "Sidespill" refers to the beams ability to illuminate the "sides" of the target area.

BTW, I hope that you had a great birthday ! :buddies:

Be careful about this button tho, it gets a lot of use in these forums. :paypal:
