A few others have brought it up, realistically it's not worth it to machine something up for these Chinese lights. The cost of materials and machining is usually more than the cost of the light. Looks to me like you could buy another light or two and use the extension pieces.

This a good idea, but, if I buy another light to use the body I am going to try to mod that too... hahahha I dont need more lights, I dont need more lights...

While what you say is true, there are cases where custom work is worth doing even for chinese lights. In the case of chinese lights or any other light for that matter where the part you require is not available it can be worth having a custom part made. For those cases where parts are available they will in most cases work out cheaper than a tailor made part.

I thought that the extensions shown above looked pretty good.

I agree, the extension you friend made looks great, you could always have it anodised to match the light.
Wish I had friends that could make that sort of thing. How is your friend going to feel when you replace his work? :(

Dont worry about he say, he toll that if I can find something better is ok for him, is right, look nice, but the bagel is almost keeping the pieces together, maybe I buy another light to use the extension, but I am trying to find something better...
