Hey all, I wasn't sure where to post this but here goes...I think I have a bad axis drive card. After doing some research it seems like the MOSFETs often go out...I'd love to replace them rather than spending something like $1500 on a new card. However, the machine is from '91 and the part is obsolete. Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement? I did some looking on DigiKey and Mouser but I didn't have any luck finding the right part. Here is a photo and specs for the original part.
This is for the A axis, so I don't "need" to run the machine. Although, I'm running parts right now and don't want to tear the machine apart if I can't actually get the replacement parts. So, any help would be greatly appreciated!
