Identify this cell, please?

Hi all,
I have a cell in my possesion...
3.13 volts meassured. 37 mm long, with 2mm positive pin, overall 39 mm.
14.5 mm diameter, positive pin 9 mm diameter.

There is a photo in the next post after this, thanx Silver Fox!

I might have access to a few more, as they come out of an electronic timer, and these cells
protect the memory when power is off.
Rechargeable, and the circuit is hard wired, but can be adapted to drop in for charging, etc.

BTW had anyone ever posted a list of dimensions for ALL cells and Batteries that are

More info:- This cell came out of a timer that
was in service for less than 5 months. I have now
found out that I can get at least 600 of these cells,
with the associated timer/charger. The cost will be "low",
whatever that means. The cell was spot
welded into the timer, but I removed it is less than
20 seconds. Making up a holder for the cell,
and connecting it to the "charger" by two
leads, was my intention. If I could find
out more about this cell,
it would be good, as it might actually
have a higher charged voltage than I
measured(3.13 volts). Who knows what
could be done, as far as mods go?
The next step for me, I think, is to
charge one up, and measure the no load voltage.
I vil be bach!!

The size is of course a 4/5 AA cell. If you do have so many of them, you could easily damage a few and find out more.
You could measure open charging volatge and similar data.
Internal resistance would be a good clue.
Maybe they are LiVa cells?

get a can opener and look inside the cell to see how many individual cells/sizes there are. I am thinking it is either a lithium 4/5AA or possibly two or more AA diameter cells stacked inside.

I'm pretty shure it is no battery.
It is just a single cell.
At least I've never seen a battery with a steel can around like this one.
Discharge graph may help (hint: send one to Silverfox as soon as he has his updated CBA .-)

The supplier said it was single cell, and possibly Japanese, as the rest of the circuit was from Japan.
I originally asked if there was a chart showing ALL the different cells( I know there would be many!)
Does one exist? Even if only for flashlight considerations?
If not, I think I will do a Google search, and make one up...
