Iimalent ms18 fan will not turn on

I have an MS18 and the fan will not come on at the high setting I believe it use to at all when using the light at high outputs. It will come on with the four-button pushes. Or does it have to reach 70 C first? I think there is a problem.

Well, it is getting ready for a trip to China they said they will warranty it and pay me for the shipping. Wish me luck. I have been down this path before with ACEBEAM, That was a nightmare. When you buy these high Lumen Flashlights China is always the fatal flaw to them. Out of all my thousands of dollars of flashlights, the most practicable is my Streamlight is Pro Tac HL 5 with 18650s. It was my first High Lumen flashlight and all the others follow.

I have also sent Imalents back china - with tracking - both were "lost in transit"

Well my MS18 finally show up I shipped it on Oct 7, 2021, and returned on Nov 1, 2021, and it was returned repaired. They were very fair they paid shipping to China 60.00 refunded me with no insurance. But probably 20 different messages trying to find out progress or repairs. It got sent to Northern China and It was supposed to go to Southern China. I went through a couple of people but it's repaired. This is the price you pay for high-end flashlights from China. High output flashlights are fun toys but not practical. Of all of my flashlights, Acebeam/Imalent/ Fenix/ the most practical I have is the Fenix LR50R just look at the specs.
