Hi,

From what I have read, it appears that Peak have an excellent customer service, if you talk with them. Now this is not always possible for int'l customers', who typically are on the exactly opposite side of the planet, and I think they surely need to ramp up the customer service for folks who cannot call them up during sane hours.

I am not complaining or whining, but seriously feel things have to be improved in this regards. Here are the issues I faced while I ordered a Matterhorn:
(1) the yahoo store order was never updated to reflect the status
- frustrated, I wrote to them several times
- received a reply from Robyn that my light was shipped about a week ago
(2) several requests sent via their support page are not answered, though it indicates that someone will get back in 48 to 72 hours.
(3) my order shipped with Global Priority USPS shipping, and I don't know the tracking number (USPS site indicates they have tracking for this service), and $15 shipping does tell me that a tracking should be provided. The order status is not updated.
(4) last week, I suddenly get an email from yahoo indicating my order shipped. Now the order page does not tell me "when".

I sincerely feel that the level of service provided should be at par with the quality of flashlights they make, and they should respond in a reasonable timeframe rather than being erratic. The e-customerservice should be improved for sure.
