Inova 24/7 Cracks

Very few of these crack. I have two, one relatively recent and one that's quite a few years old - the older one has seen a lot of use, and neither has any cracks. It could be a pure lottery. Their service is good in the rare event there's a problem, so I'd buy one again with no hesitation.

My three 24/7's (oldest about 4 years) have not developed cracks. Inova will probably replace yours if you ask them.

I have one that is well used, never dropped about 4 years old OD green, no cracks. FWIW

I've got problems with both the 24/7's I own. The one in my truck (that has seen very minimal use) has a problem with the white LED's. It functions in all modes but the white LED's are very, very dim. The other 24/7 in the house (moderate usage) has a cracked housing. I've sent an email to customer service.

I know this is an old thread but I hold a grudge.

I had the cracked case on an Inova 24-7 exactly as above.
I got in touch with the online shop and they said send it direct to inova.
I never heard anything back.
I didn't complain as I had no proof of postage/purchase.
I just decided to never buy inova again.
