I went to Frys in Fountain Valley (Across the street from SF), and browsed the flashlight section (DUH!). The Inova XO2 was marked down from $44.99 to $29.99. I didn't buy it, but that's quite a markdown so I wanted to post here in case anyone likes that light. They also have a new stock of Eneloops, so I picked up an 8pack of AA's for $22.99.
