There's a bunch of these videos on Youtube (with better resolution, too) It's called free running or parkour. The Discovery channel had a couple of hour long documentaries about it. The first one is called "Jump London." Really cool stuff!

It's quite the underground hobby now. It's become more popular over the past couple years as video sharing on the internet has grown.
Not to sound all high and mighty or anything but most of that video is actually pretty basic tricks. There are a couple good ones that I scanned back over a couple times though ... as this particular video is new to me. Nice find.
