Is Anyone Building Custom Titanium AAA lights?

I really want one with specific criteria. I see custom runs of Ti AAA lights but does anyone lathe out a custom Ti AAA?

Well, I think Photon Fanatic will make you a custom titanium AAA torch. My understanding is that these are quite pricey, but he does beautiful work.
