I have recently purchased my first good light, an Eagletac T100C2, and an Eagletac 18650 cell to power it. After reading some reviews, I decided to get a yoho 122 charger instead of the usual ultrafire. However, the Eagletac cell is a 3.7 volt cell, and the charger says it charges to 4.2 volts. Does the protection circuitry in the cell deal with this, or what? So my question is, is it safe to charge this cell with this charger?

Yes, the charger is compatible with the cell and is perfectly safe to use.

The cell is 3.7v nominal and will be around 4.2v when fully charged....this is normal for regular Li-Ion cells.
