Is Quark MiNi AA waterproof?

I just ordered a Quark MiNi AA but I just realized that there is no indication in the site that it is waterproof... :candle:

How deep underwater are you carrying the light? Or do you just need it to be water resistant?

I'll be using it for camping in the mountains and should be water resistant to rains and possible submerging in a meter of water.

Just curious why there's nothing in the site that tells how water resistant Quark MiNi AA is.:candle:

I dunked both of my MiNi AA into a bucket of water, no problem.
