Is this a knockoff brand?

I did a google search of: Micro Textured Reflector, and I found this web site under images. Is this a 4Sevens knockoff brand? The shape and colors of these lights are identical to the Preon 2. The information about them is vague, and the lumen value is 80 rather than 150 on two AAA cells. They also cost 50% more than a 4Sevens Preon 2, and costs $121 to ship to the continental US via FedEX!

It's mind boggling that they can produce these (with a 'Cree R5') for $1.26 each, bulk price.

Makes you wonder what some of the higher end Chinese flashlights actually cost to make.

I might move into the flashlight retailing business.
