Is this ebay laser a scam???

I came across this 100mW laser pointer on ebay

It is the exact same type sold by Spymodex and I would not be surprised if this is ebay account is Spymodex, same power levels, pictures etc etc

Looks like a leadlight. What do you think?

I'm very confident that this laser is a scam and the offer to test the power level for pick ups is a bluff or a laser will be hand picked in advanced.

So what is your opinion, is this just one more ebay scam or could it be genuine?

I paid $25 for one that looks just like that. It reads 200mW on the label. It will barely burn through black plastic garbage bags. For the price I am happy, I knew it would be less than 20mW before I bought it. I just think it's funny it says 200mW
