ISP seems still going well, but Harmony who used to supply the 8mm white decided to stop doing so.

I am neither their representative nor having any interest/benefit from their sales to cpfers. But as a same countryman, I have a good relationship with them. Besides, their products are good in my opinion (I use quite a lot) and they are good people to discuss, too.
The 5mm 100mA (single die) is having very white, whiter than 8mm, it looks slightly blueish and it makes many Luxeons look green by side. It has 20 degree beam angle, and I find it nice to use with little or no reflector.
5mm 40mA (2 dies) has slightly warmer tint, but evenly white to 55 degree beam angle. I wish this one is used in AAA.
In addition to their flagship 8mm 100mA (4 dies), they also have 8mm 150mA (single die). But they will only produce if the order quantity is big.
In terms of efficiency such as lumens/watt may be lower than Nichia, I read some posts about it. But I consider that comparison somewhat unfair, it is like comparing the power efficiency of a portable pocket radio and a mini compo at home. ISP led produce certain amount of even light which Nichia 5mm can't.
If you want to purchase, you may contact them directly from the web site. I remember reading a post by someone about the minimum order quantity. If so, I might be able to help (no promise, though).
