... but i spent quite some time searching, so here´s my question:
If I use 2 rechargeable CR123s in my 6P or one in my L1 lumamax... will they do any harm to my lamp/LED (they´re rated at 3.6 volts)???

Revier,

you can use two Li-Ion lithiums in the 6P, but you must use the P90 Lamp assembly, not the standard P60;

THe Li-Ion 123 in the SF L1 is giving problems too. In High mode, the light starts buzzing loudly, and you will not want to run it in that condition.

Yo can safely run one or two R123 with the KL1, one with the KL4, two with the KL3, and three with the KL6.

It seems that Inova X0 (from my preliminary tests with a sample of one) is accepting two R123, while the T1 and the X5 are dangerously overdriven.

If it's a downboy, you'll be fine but don't use the stock lamp. Or did I misunderstand?
