I finally got my first light together and up and running. Unfortunetly it only has two seouls in it at the moment due to a shipping mishap.

Anybody have one they would sell?

This thing is super bright and has a better spread than my ROV 3 watt flashlight.

Right now I have a 15 degree lense and one 5 degree lense on the two Seouls that are in there now. I am going to put another 15 since this is going to be my handle bar mounted light. I will test it on my helmet though to see how well it does on the trail.

Pictures to come.

Ok just went out side and got some pics.
This first set was taking at 3second exposure

Somebody has got to have an extra seoul they can sell me to complete this light.

The remote button is one that I made with a 1/8" headphone jack and a momentary switch. Works great.

Looks nice! How did you get the mag body cut down? I'd like to do something similar. How are you mounting it?

Mirage man here on the forums cut it down and rethreaded it for me.
I have the mag lite wall mount that I am going to use, just not sure how sturdy it is.
Still working on that LOL

It's really great pics  What ISO and F-number you had?

Can you tell about specs: emitter's bin, driver, current, flashlight as source, battery and runtime?

Thanx mate!

Emmitters are SSC P4 Ubin SW0
ISO was 80 i think and F was 3.5
I started with a 2D mag
I am running a 14.8v Li-Ion and I would expect about 7 hours of run time at 1Amp with two LEDs.

I just ordered one from photonfanatic so itl be three soon.

Also forgot to mention (im proud of this) the wire that is coming out of the side of the light is the remote switch or changing levels. I used a 1/8" headphone jack for that. Its a dust and waterresistant momentary switch.

I also used the orginal mag switch as main power since the bflex has a soft power off as I under stand it.

Yesterday I was home sick (always get a bad cold this time of year). I made good use of the time and went ahead and made my helmet mount for the light.

Its a little heavy but it should work well.
I used a 2" x 2" alu plate and alot of dremel work.

Here is the place and the mag holder.

Going for a ride tomorrow night to see how well it does. Being home sick today I have no energy for anything else. I hate this time of year.

I got 100 of them off of ebay. Definetly more than I need LOL
I need to come up with a more finished button but for now that works well.
