JB M1X question

For those of you that already owns a M1X, how robust is the M1X? Robust in terms of MagLite robust. Do you feel you can defend yourself with it and not worry about it breaking?

Yes. It's solid enough,
you can use it as a sinker.
But I am not sure about the front lens, there is only one o-ring around it, so the ss bezel touches it directly.
