Jetbeam RRT-0 disassembly

Has anyone managed to disassemble one of the newer variable brightness XPG models? I have an idea as to how the head comes apart, just hoping someone here can confirm! Thanks guys.

I have gotten as far as disassembling the head in two pieces using small strap wrenches and a little heat but haven't sat down to figure out how the internal parts can be removed.

My RRT-0 really would like an XML installed and, like you, I hope someone can shed some light on complete disassembly ... no pun intended.

Check post#37 and 31 in this thread. This is for the 1st gen RRT0, but I imagine the bascis are the same.

Just wanted to say thank you to nekomane for the link and the disassembly info in his thread. I was able to put an XML in my RRT-0 following your advice on how to take take the pill apart after getting it loose. I had it loose for almost 6 months now but had no idea how to continue on and am now a happy modder after following your instruction.
