Jetbeam RRT-0 Question

Is the RRT-0 a thrower....flood, or a good mix of both? The mix is what I am looking for. Thanks!

Thanks, I was just reading that. I think I will get one of these, and get the OP reflector as well. Not much bad to read about the RRT-0.

I find mine with the OP reflector to have a good combo of both. It usually ends up being my goto light for dog walks, sitting on the deck after dark looking for things at the edge of the woods (about 30-40 yards away), and general usage around the house and outdoors. Of course when I want more throw, I break out the RRT-2 or RRT-1 :grin2:

The only similar light I have to compare it to is my Quark AA2 Turbo. From my limited comparisons, my RRT-0 with OP reflector throws virtually equal to the Quark which has a smooth reflector. That's 240 emitter? lumens vs. 206 OTF lumens.

The Quark seems to have slightly more flood which I believe is because of the Quark's larger diameter head.

My comparisons were done using an AW RCR123 in the RRT and L91's in the Quark. I have only ran the RRT briefly with the extender and a AA just to verify it worked.
