Its an XR-E with a neutral white tint, not sure the flux BIN.
really thick matte/satin anodize finish. It feels a lot like Eagletac/Ultrafire typeIII.
Its surprisingly well made, smooth threads and solid O-ring engagement. I would not hesitate to use this light in the rain. Fit and finish feels a lot like my P100C2. $30-40 for this light would not be too far out of line. The tailcap threads could be a little longer... a minor nit pick.
