KD safe?

First, sorry for my bad english. I not sure i post on correct section if wrong can mod pls move them TY.

I'm new to led flashlight and can anyone give me advice on whether it is safe to shop on KD, will they ship the product or act nothing . Anyone bought something recently and have receive it?
