KL4... What is it exactly?

I've recently heard mention of the "SureFire KL4" in a couple CPF threads. My internet search yielded nothing. What is it... a brighter LED than the previous KLx(s)?

Oh, I forgot the conditions:

SF will give away the KL4 to all CPF members provided that (and I quote):

a) you are over 18 years of age,
b) you have purchased a new E2e or E1e within the past six months,
c) you do not own more than one non-SureFire flashlight,
d) you have not purchased any Arc Flashlight products within the past three years,
e) you live outside of the United States, European Union, Japan or any ASEAN member country,
f) you are not a terrorist, and
g) you are female.
