L4 +EMT Tools Holster

I'm looking for a holster that will accomodate my L4, my Leatherman Wave and my EMT tools (trauma shears plus a Stylus penlight). I'm looking at the Ripoffs CO-75 or the CO-145. I know that both are designed for the 6P and similar flashlights. The L4 is smaller, but probably close enough in size to work.

I'm hard-pressed to see any real difference between the two holsters, with the possible exception that the CO-145 may be designed to handle a slightly larger multi-tool than the Wave.

Does anyone have any experience with these that they can share?
