Lamda runtime ** moved **

Has anyone measured constant runtime for the Lamda Illuminator using fresh alkalines and fresh lithiums, preferably first rate lithiums like Surefire? ($36.00 per carton of 12 at the Cutlery Shoppe) and is it OK to use lithiums?)
