LDI in two weeks :)

Don't know if anyone else is going to be there, but I will. Las Vegas LDI, a large lighting and sound convention, really everything for production for the entertainment business.

I was there two years ago and it was a lot of fun. The huge "artificial lightning" xenon lamp was really cool. I also wound up buying a Co2 confetti gun from there as well as a UV Photon knockoff. I also enjoyed seeing the LED-based PARs, chatting with the WildFire folks (high powered UV lights), and meeting and chatting with Robert Altman!

Have fun!

But after a couple days of the show, I have to admit that I got totally sick of seeing spinning gobos...

LOL, [bold]spinning gobos[/bold] for sure. Hey I was there, actually I have been at the last 7 of them.

We are looking for a replacement genie for our small one, 28 footer, so at least I have a task.

I was there to see the latest in LED fixtures as well as evaluate some architectural lighting. Nothing like mixing business with pleasure at a trade show that's a candy store for flashaholics!
